it’s not that he holds positions. Maybe we’d be better off if we weren’t all over the place. Maybe if we didn’t spend so much money we’d be in a better position to deal with threats. But he also has to ‘understand’ Iran and al qaeda? Whose side is he on?
I agree. There’s a big difference between denying what’s required to deal with our enemies and not needing to have our military stationed all over everywhere, defending those who can afford it and spending more on defense than the rest of the world combined.
I’d like us to reconsider our military footprint, but I’m not a Ron Paul wacko.
