Pretty much , the dandy’s fault. His producer pushed the kid to be “bold”. I’d sue the crap out of that fop.

Cooper is in the media, particularly daytime TV.

If anyone is untouchable in our present society, it is them.

I don’t see a ‘cause of action’ for the family to sue. Not that that would stop them.

It seems the kid wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary for him. Some teens are really stupid in the risks they take without ever even contemplating negative consequences. That doesn’t mean it’s not sad for him and his family. It’s tragic. But you can’t blame Cooper, his producer or the network for this incident.
