I have no idea about the supposed evidence that came from the corrupt prosecutor. I haven’t been following the case.
Now it’s over and the killer is/has been in jail and his DNA was all over the victim inside/outside. The truth that was there all the time was finally allowed to be revealed because Rafael’s father hired investigators to get to the truth for this appeal. So the judges/court finally got to hear the real story and it was a slam dunk - both innocent!
not much of a consolation but next up is a book and a movie ....its the American way
