You’re going to criticize the church the Perry’s attended when they married because of what some anti-American feminist, who tells the world she’d like to have oral sex with Bill Clinton and describes Mrs. Perry as having been “churched” and who puts “prayerful” in quotes says?
No, but because of what the minister is quoted as saying. Things like they don’t concern themselves with abortion or gay marriage because those are political and that they would focus on the poor, instead.
I was quoting the preacher. He had an opportunity to summarize his church’s focus to the media. He used that opportunity to emphasize what sounded to me like a social gospel. It is possible that the liberal Ms. Burleigh misquoted him or took him out of context.
