I heard that there has been some flap over Cain and comments made about the “gay soldier question.” I must have missed the threads/articles, can anyone direct me to what that is all about. I like Cain, and am curious why people are suddenly saying “he’s out” for.
just the Perry supporters and a few that didn’t like Cain to begin with are out in force to diss Cain....wait for them to show up....

Cain was asked on ABC about the crowd at the debate booing the gay soldier.
Cain defended the audience saying they were booing the repeal of DADT, not the soldier personally.
When pressed about crowd reaction, he said it is not the candidates but the moderators’ role to deal with crowd outbursts.
When pressed further, he said if people were going to misinterpret that to mean they were booing the soldier personally and not the policy, then perhaps it could have been appropriate to make a comment to the crowd.
In other words, a bunch of nothing.
Now, they(the left and the GOP elite) are trying to say Perry left the rock with the name showing on it(a lie but the left doesn't care)and Cain was questioned about it. Instead of saying he didn't know that much about it, he said several things that also pi**ed conservatives off. I am going to have to view the interview myself(unless some kind soul will post a transcript of the interview)to determine exactly what Cain said.
Because the guy has no clue about anything IMPORTANT like foreign policy, his 999 which will increase taxes and so much more when it comes to governing. He has a good business background but that’s it so let him talk a lot and you will see A LOT more gaffes...you ain’t seen nothing yet. He is soooo not ready to be president. Not at all. He did not do his homework yet.
He said that in retrospect, after hearing all the criticism about the candidates’ silence when the debate audience booed the gay soldier who was “serving his country in Iraq,” maybe he should have spoken up against the booing.
I would leave it there, but I think the booing was more directed against the moderators for setting the candidates up that way. I could be wrong, but I don’t recall anyone asking someone from the audience WHY they booed. They just assumed it was because the soldier was gay...because that is the way THEY think. Like when Perry defended the death penalty.
