That’s fine, she’s going on the “wanted” list herself soon as Obama and his crowd are on the street again.

The government already has authorized the inhumane killing of thousands of Americans on a daily basis. Where are the ACLU and the bleeding hearts here on that issue?
This scum has enough evidence against him to subject him to a firing squad in a military trial if he were on our side. The only problem with that is that he’s on the enemies’ side and we are at war with those terrorist scum and they don’t need any damn liberal miranda rights read to them. They need killin’.

Excellent!
When you research the matter will you please share your conclusions?
How? (I am interested.)

And no, I am not agreeable to any one person deciding to kill an American citizen, not even the President.

That was my point. He gave up any claim to citizenship. Also, whether he was or not is under scrutiny.

Anwar al Alwaki is the equivalent of an American citizen going to Germany in 1939 to enlist in the Waffen SS who gets killed by strafing American fighter planes . He is a self admitted enemy combatant travelling with other enemy military leaders/planners & he got dead . It’s a good shoot period .

Frankly yes . but since they aren’t currently on the field of battle that really isn’t an option. Life in prison & I don’t mean club Fed for treason is however a real option.

I'm glad you pointed this out, since my negative feelings about Islam are well known. Thus it's clear that my entire concern is about the Constitution, and the precedent this action established, not the welfare of one dead jihadi.

I understand the concern. There was all kinds of time to get the indictments, try him In Absentia, and then blow him to bits.
This is just another brick in the wall. And (everybody) knows Obama’s endgame. There is something coming I don’t even want to try, now, to prevent.
