Most of the work I do is in construction-or at least it was before Obama f***ed up the economy-now, I’m lucky to have any work, anytime. The general contractors I work for don’t hire illegals, nor do they give work to any sub that does, period. If all the contractors and food service establishments got periodically raided and fined for every illegal they had working, the work pool of illegals would shrink.
Back in the late 80’s, and early 90’s, periodic raids of construction sites by “La Migra” and the resulting fines worked just great in spite of Carter and even Reagan being too sympathetic to ILLEGAL aliens. The worst offenders are the restaurant owners who harbor and employ mojados and literally keep them on rental properties in barely liveable conditions. Most of them belong to La Raza, et al and support uncontrolled illegal immigration so they can keep their slave labor-their motives are anything but “humanitarian”, as they claim. I have less use for those people than I do for the illegals they harbor.

All good ideas. We could also start to use the Anti-Racketeering “RICO” laws. They have been used extensively against drug syndicates and organized crime. The penalties under RICO laws allow seizure of assets that were gained from racketeering profits.
I consider profiting from the use of illegal alien labor to be a clear example of organized crime. If the CEO’s of these big restaurant chains though they might lose their ski lodge or lake house, they will get rid of Jose
REAL FAST!.
It would also be fun to see some of the “HR” mid-managers locked up too, because those basterds know EXACTLY that the I-9’s and SS# that these illegals are working under are fraudulent or stolen.
