With ALL the evidence the Government supposedly had against him, why there no indictment months ago?

Obama didn't want to capture him. Then he might have to take him to Gitmo.

An indictment doesn't mean they couldn't kill him under the rules of war but it would have alleviated any questions about legality in hitting a US Citizen.

Even Bin Laden was indicted.
