How odd that these North Carolinians would protest Perry for in-state tuition when THEIR OWN state allows in-state tuition at all community colleges.
Texas has spent over 400 million, doubled the border security budget in a time of cuts, built strategic fencing in populated areas and sent Texas Rangers to the border.
Perry has advocated for greater technology and more boots on the ground. What has North Carolina done and what have THEY spent to fight illegal immigration?

People keep posting that BS about spending 400 million, where is the break down, I would bet someone added up the law enforcement budget for border communities and counties.
