Ingred Newkirk, founder and president of PeTA, was just interviewed on Fox. The topic was the new PeTA billboard showing a shark eating a human with the legend, "Payback is Hell."

No one will put the billboard up.

Newkirk went on to explain that humans don't think of "hunting fish" in a way that respects fish. She went on to explain that "putting a hook through the lips of a fish is the same as hooking a dog or a child" but we are not raised to understand this. She then showed a hooked cocker spaniel.

She's nuts, but receives donations of tens of millions from Hollywood tree-kissers and other pomegranates.

Last time I looked PETA was a tax free charity (they pay no tax on their income) and also had the status of allowing direct deductions from federal paychecks.

It’s a “charity” that hates humans. Newkirk said “A rat is a pig is a boy” but somehow the needs of the boy are never a consideration for them. She’s also said the killing of broiler chickens is the same as the Nazi’s killing Jews.
