You need to put forth ideas and solutions. So far he mostly defends what he’s done in Texas. He’s not running for Texas now but rather the USA. Different game and plan needed to be effective in that attempt. Oct. 11 & 18 will determine Perry’s fate.

I watched hannity last night and he had some big wigs from the perry and romney camp on to debate the subject... and the romney guy owned the perry guy too. The problem is... Perry is just flat out on the wrong side of this issue. No one can really effectively defend this position, at least not in the republican primary. Perry needs to cave, it's his only way out at this point I think. It will make him look more like Romney, but if he doesn't cave this will sink his campaign.
