I agree with that. Was just pointing out that the "48 sates are opposite Texas on in-state tuition" doesn't hold true, when "the states" are represented by the laws of the state.

As far as I'm concerned, the politicians in this country are epic failures, and have put the country on a path to collapse. "Incompetent" is too kind.
