We obviously need a law requiring at least cretin IQ or above to serve as a congress or senate critter. That would eliminate the vast majority of both parties.
I think we should start treating congress like a prison. If they want to serve, make it hard time. All calls and letters will be monitored. Ankle bracelets when they go to their home districts.
