do they understand cain is advocating for both an income tax AND sales tax?

not sure where capital gains would fall - 0% i guess
but only a fool believes the democrapz would leave any rate at 9% when they get power

If I understand correctly, 9 percent income tax would be on everyone, even the so called poor, who now not only don’t pay, but get free money.
If that is the case, then 9 percent sales tax would make sure that even those that manage to hide income, illegals and foundations for instance, would have to pay the sales tax.
9 % corporate tax is what it is. Its better than most countries, but ultimately the customer pays.
I actually kind of like it the way I understand it. If I’m wrong, I’m all ears.
