however Pricewaterhousecooper are not going to sit quietly back, they were the ones accounting, if they didnt notice and from i remember, its already documented that they warned the Obama administration, so this could get very very interesting.

The Bush Administration obviously read the accounting report. Obama's did not or else just ignored it. You're right. P/W/C is not going to take this sitting down and I expect will be quite willing to share with Congress what they provided to the DOE.
