Actually, I hold the opposite view that you assume I do. I had a tagline for the longest time that read, "If Hitler had been as lazy as Obama, the 1940's would have been a pretty nice decade."

However, your assumption that it CANNOT happen due to the Constitution is flawed in the extreme. In the course of history, many documents have been brushed aside, or quick laws passed to overturn them, when a dictator moves to rule. *That* is what I am pointing out.

About 80 to 90% (more like 90%) of what the Fedgov does right now is unconstitutional. The Constitution means nothing to leftists, and precious little to a lot of Rs, unfortunately. Meaning the suits in DC, it means a lot to us little guys and gals.
