The constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. It does not guarantee a painless execution.

The constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. It does not guarantee a painless execution. They should just OD them on heroin. People PAY to do that frequently. Sometimes they almost succeed, and PAY to do it again. It cannot therefore be construed as either cruel or unusual.

It does not guarantee a painless execution. And for all that, they get a painless execution anyway.

The Constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishmentThis is true except it apparently doesn't apply to the families of victims. Liberals have caused the families to be punished cruelly for years while they rally around these vermin and prevent their executions. This family waited 33 years for justice. That's totally unacceptable.
