During a visit Tuesday to the Paul Revere School, Patrick also addressed illegal immigration, saying local and state agencies are already enforcing laws legislators want to see revamped to include stiffer penalties.
He said federal immigration officials and agents are responsible for cracking down on illegal immigrants and said state and local law enforcement officials are arresting drunken drivers, domestic violence offenders and other lawbreakers.
The proposed penalties would hit businesses that hire illegal immigrants and illegals caught driving without a license.
Legislators announced the stiffer penalties proposal on Monday in the wake of a Milford traffic death that police in that community said was caused by an illegal immigrant.
“Violent crime should be the focus of law enforcement. We enforce our laws; we do not monitor our borders. ICE’s (Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement) job is immigration,” Patrick said.local and state agencies are already enforcing laws, right, they only enforce them when it is much too,late..

Seems to me that cheap labor and illegal votes for rats are more important to whoever it is who is really pulling the strings here.
