Think it said she issued a hold on that section, she could actually agree in final issue.
The excerpt said that she “upheld . . . the objection” which is a block, not a hold.
If the actual ruling says a hold, not a block, I stand corrected, although the law is unabiguous in this regard, leaving me confused as to why she would issue a hold.
