Last time in District Federale, they were having some southern uprising and the Federales were everywhere with M-16s. Was walking in Zona Rosa and one of them decided to pop off a few rounds into a flowerbed, I guess to see if would actually shoot. Quite unnerving.
Their people are not that wild, can not figure out why they can’t get a handle on the country. Suppose they just want the taxes, don’t worry about the rest.
