This person is advocating the overthrow of the government of the United States of America as provided by the Constitution of the United States.

She should be tried for treason, convicted, and then justly sentenced.

The governor is guilt of sedition, not treason. Remember that the Constitution provides a very narrow definition of treason, and mere advocacy of the overthrow of the government does not meet that definition.
