Don’t know about her, but while checking.
OBAMA is certainly guilty of TREASON.

Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution, any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States,

such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information.

If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

Do the BATF and FBI know that they have committed TREASON.

I suspect that they know. I likewise strongly suspect that they don't care, since who is going to bring them to heel?

Treason gets thrown around too casually around here, but in the case of 'Fast and Furious' and 'Gunwalker' you are absolutely correct. Brigandage is the land equivalent of piracy. Pirates and brigands were 'the enemy of mankind' in international law at the time of ratification of the Constitution; Congress thus need not declare war against drug cartels for them to be enemies of the United States. By aiding and comforting them, these federal agents have committed treason, for which they can be found guilty "on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
