The constant barrage of half truths and smears against Perry and Texas has really soured me to any candidate other than Cain or Newt. Perry is my guy but the tactics by Palin supporters, and I believe she backs this, is disgusting. I have never in my life seen such an active attack on a fellow Republican by Republicans.

I believe because of this, Perry will win the nomination because it's way too over the top.

Over the top is supporting socialism and calling it something else. Taking citizens money and spending it to support illegals is socialism.

I would like to believe she would not, mainly because of the attacks she has endured. But it's OK, if Perry gets the nod these attacks will be used up and worthless when the Left tries to use them. But what gets me is the failure of Conservatives to understand that it is not now, nor has it ever been the job of the Texas Governor to secure the border, yet he and Brewer are the only two doing it, instead of thanking him they choose to criticize the way he is fighting the war he is not suppose to be fighting.

Conservatives should know better. We've got 1.1 to 1.2 million illegals in our state that we are not allowed to throw out, we have to feed, we have to provide healthcare for and thanks to the Supreme Court we have to educate all at the expense of the tax payers of the border states. Perry isn't the problem on the border, he didn't turn off the electronic frontier, he didn't recall the National Guard from the border, he isn't bussing them from California and dropping them off on a Texas border crossing that leads to a Mexican dessert and he damn sure wasn't the one who is arming the Narco-Terrorist that are killing Americans and Mexicans by the thousands. Obama did all of that.

I believe most of the Republican posts agaihnst Perry have been since he revealed his true colors on Sept. 22. No one did that but Perry h8imself. Too bad, but better to know the truthsooner than later.
