The spaces for Name of Father are blank. But the L.A. County birth certificates list the mother, who happens to be the young wife of one of historys biggest and most sought-after drug lords, Joaquin El Chapo Guzman.
Emma Coronel traveled to Southern California in mid-July, and on Aug. 15 gave birth to twin girls at Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, according to birth records and a senior U.S. law enforcement official.

Oh just fabulous. More criminal anchor babies
Si Se Puede!
“Say, hello to my little friend!”
As much as I think we need to rethink the entire anchor baby concept, these babies are innocent.
In fact, they surely deserve a more hopeful life than their drug lord father is going to provide them. They will be targets of enemies, both earthly and spiritual, and their lives will be marked by the ugly side of this world.
They can be innocent in their own country. How is that cruel?
Wouldn’t that be cruel to our kids who will now have to shell out money, jobs and entitlements to these “innocent” kids. Deport them back to their country. If their parents wanted to come here so bad, they would apply for citizenship.
Ms. Coronel is a US citizen, the article says.
This is Breaking News?
Yes, Tax-Chick, you are correct. These children are US citizens. First, because their mother is a US citizen. Second, because current ‘anchor baby’ law is being adequately interpreted given no Scotus rulings against that interpretation.
We do need to rid ourselves of the anchor baby understanding we have today. However, it IS what we have today, so those babies are US citizens.
The kingpin is just making sure his successor will be able to operate more freely in Alta California.
Like you said, though, it will be a rough life for that child.
What does it profit a man if he gain the whole world but suffer the loss of his immortal soul?
amen, bp.
Perry’s fault!
I’m sorry. I guess I should have read the article. I thought that both parents weren’t US citizens. If one is, I don’t have a problem with the kid staying with that specific parent and living in the US. Apologies xzins
huh. daddy is a know drug dealer, murderer and felon, is a wanted man by multiple governments, and probably has hits out on him. also, it’s very common for rival cartels to kill or kidnap children of their enemies.
and the kids will be going back to this man’s home.
where’s CPS? you know, the people that like to remove kids from parents whose sole crime is proclaiming christian values, children being overweight, or because the mother was the victim of domestic violence? I’d think they’d want to “prevent possible future harm” to these children.
Thsi guy has a 5 million dollar reward on him.
Hoe does the ATF expect to follow hundreds of guns to the cartels in mexico, when they cannot even keep track of one woman carrying two babies back home.
Perhaps they could not hold her on any charges, but it would seem that an intelligent agent could follow her and her two kids to the place where her husband will meet her.But then again it would take an Army to arrest him ,since he is surrounded by two Armies. His own ,and that of the Mexican Government which he also owns.
Mexico is an outlaw country that our country is sending it’s jobs to.
Long term planning on the part of the drug lord.
And the US is insane to allow this, and to ever have allowed this anchor baby idiocy.
Many of the key players in the drug war are US citizens or Greencard holders. They have an advantage of being able to cross the border at will.
Soon we will have to acknowledge that the war on drugs needs to be a real war with real military actions in Mexico to take down the key players. Mexico is in the midst of a civil war and strangled by terror. The only solution will be military action against the bad guys.
All true, and illegals also have the advantage of being able to cross the border almost at will with the level of non-enforcement that has existed for years.
Anchor baby concept.Taking back America one baby at a time.
