I’m torn on Hollywood - my bil installs theater equipment (sound and lights) in new theaters around the nation. He’s good at what he does, a Catholic and very very conservative politically. He’s the first to admit it’s probably the wrong career, having any connection to such a liberal industry, but like I said - he likes doing the sound and lights and is good at it.

But I do not go to movies at theaters. I wait till they come out on video then rent them for a dollar from Red Box nowadays. I haven’t bought a movie in awhile but have become very picky about those I buy. Unfortunately most celebs I like wind up running off at the mouth and doing stupid stuff- AFTER I’ve already bought their movies lol and I can’t take it back then unfortunately.

The most I spend for entertainment is for Dish tv. And I’m probably going to cut out Starz when they start charging for it again. (it’s been free for a year with Dish.)

My point is - they get as little money from me as I can possibly manage already. This movie didn’t interest me before he started running his mouth. I sure won’t be watching it in the future.

Lots of people behind the lens are conservative in H'wood. It's a well-known political divide. The performing talent is overwhelmingly flaky-liberal, the gaffers and electricians and color timers reflect the wider society.
