...taxes on Texans and American taxpayers are impacted by the needed growth in infrastructure and teachers due to more enrollments. The more students enrolling, the more taxes, oops, sorry, “revenue” needs to be raised in order to accommodate the increase in student enrollments.
Since the illegals don’t (besides sales taxes) pay any taxes openly, who covers the difference? That’s right, the legals.

What does that have to do with issue at hand? The issue was in-state tuition of the children of illegals. That does NOT cost the taxpayer a cent. Universities and colleges make a good profit even when someone is paying in-state tuition.
