As a Texan, I know well how to gauge Perry. Been dealing with him for a decade now.
What you saw (in the debates) is what you get. That’s ol’ Rick. In Texas if you don’t have a “D” next your name, you win. Rick’s managed to occupy the Mansion for a decade on that simple premise.
The funny part is Kinky. I don’t get his Perry connection. He’s done nothing but rail and run against him for the better part of the last decade only to now turn tail and endorse him.
I guess it proves politics makes strange bed-fellows.
