I have an alternate theory. He believes the rich JOOS don't pay, sooo it would make sense that... "You don’t want billionaires to pay the same ["zero"] tax rate as a JOO..." You know how crafty those JOOS are - you'd think they were all janitors - but billionaires SHOULD pay.
He's fixated on Jews alright, finally perceiving that he was thumped at the UN. That "badge of honor" is firmly embedded in his tuches because he was shot in the posterior by a Bibi gun. ;-)
