The GOP-led panel investigating Solyndra is asking Speaker John Boehner for more staff help as it digs deeper into the solar company's collapse.
"We need an accountant," subcommittee Chairman Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.) said Friday. "We need a strong accountant because when you look through this stuff you need to understand the accounting aspect of it."
"We've got a lot of lawyers, but we need a strong accountant," Stearns added.

It’s not just Solyndra. There is $5 trillion missing since Obama was sworn in. And it seems to have just disappeared into the pit.

What they need is an experienced commercial lender and bank auditor to follow the money trail working in conjunction with a forensic accountant. As I’ve stated before, look at the Fed side as well. GAO can do a lot of the internal work under a competent IG.

No, you need a whole capital full of them obviously. Lawyers aren’t doing the trick when it comes to running the country (or anything else for that matter)!
