The problem is we don't know if any of the others are any better than Perry on this issue. I agree with Perry about the fence--we don't need it. BUT we do need to turn off the magnet and that is up to the FEDERAL Government and with this bunch of clowns in there--it's pretty much hopless. It is curious why the instate-tuition bill passed nearly unanimously in TX.

Eleven states also permit illegal immigrants to obtain in-state tuition. They are Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.
