An illegal that swam the Rio Grand yesterday will be able to get in state tuition today. To believe anything else is grossly naive. Wrong again. They have to have lived in TX for at least three years and graduated or gotten a GED from a TX school. Facts don't matter much to you, do they?

Facts do not mean much to you do they, if the government knows they are there illegal for three years they are aiding in law breaking. How do they check to see if they have been there illegally stealing off of Americans.

If you actually believe that every illegal alien that is allowed in state tuition meets all the requirements then you are as naive as they come. They violate numerous federal and state laws and you actually believe that they are going to be completely honest on an affidavit that is validated by college administrators. Lol
