Based on the rather humorous theory that when a Finance Minister (or other Central Bank chief) says something like this, it usually means the complete opposite, any guesses on when Greece does declare insolvency, and either: a)leaves the European Monetary Union of its own volition, or b)is kicked out of the EMU by the rest?
