He didn't haul a dog in the back of a pickup. He put his dog on the top of the car when he went on vacation. Now think about that a minute, what kind of person puts their dog in a crate (probably an airline crate but still) on top of the car!
Anyone seen one?
They must have been let go.
Begging’s not going to make you correct =)
This is from the E-verify user guide:
2. GETTING STARTED
2.1 The Rules of Use
1. Employees must be newly hired with a completed Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 (referred to hereafter as Form I-9) before you can use E-Verify to initiate queries about the employees for your company.
Here is the link to the entire user manual:
http://www.uscis.gov/files/nativedocuments/E-Verify_Manual.pdf
In case that last post wasn’t clear enough, from the 2010 user guide:
All Employers participating in E-Verify MUST NOT:
Use E-Verify to prescreen applicants for employment.
Check employment eligibility for employees hired before their company signed the E-Verify MOU.
Take any adverse action against an employee based upon a case result unless E-Verify issues a Final Nonconfirmation.
Specify or request which Form I-9 documentation a newly hired employee must use.
Use E-Verify to discriminate against ANY job applicant or new hire on the basis of his or her national origin, citizenship, or immigration status.
Selectively verify work authorization for newly hired employees.
Share any user ID and/or password.
Here’s that thread where all the PERBOTS were telling everybody else to take a hike (just in case you missed it): http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2769856/posts
“..most of them (Aggies) are smart respectable people.”
Of course; it was a joke. Chill. Except of course for the President that got them to go to SEC. Now Vanderbilt will no longer be the doormat of the SEC. Hook’em Horns!
LOL@Christie
I agree with you wholeheartedly on this.
GWB went after Ramos and Compeon full bore (without mercy nor pardon) and he and his people were more than merciful to the drug runner involved in the issue. IMHO it was where Bush jumped the shark on the issue. Border Patrol agents under both presidents seem to be expendable (Fast & Furious noted).
Great the dog was sarcasm, and you jump on that and ignore the question. Alinsky would be proud.
The question was, do you really think Texas would vote for Obama out of spite?
I guess voting for Obama is on your agenda, because you are no Reagan Man.
Your link is from January, 2011. We cut our budget spending on the request of the Governor even before that article was written, and then cut it more. The Governor led us when we cut spending even earlier, in 2003.
Texas has just about the lowest spending of all the States, in the first place.
Texans don't take kindly to nasty accusations, and yes, I think they are perfectly capable of just staying home. After all, they have a nice prosperous state despite Obama and the feds doing everything in their power to take it away from them. They're tough people, the great majority are honest as the day is long, hard working, and proud. Why would they do anything for people who lie about them or call them anti-American for doing what they think is right (as granted by the constitution).
