You are a broken record of BS- Regional Fed Bank Presidents have NOTHING to do with monetary policy, currency valuation, or any of the things that we associate with some candidates complaining about the Fed. The regional Fed banks have the role of clearing checks, helping banks move money between each other, and ensuring that they all comply with regulations and file the proper paperwork. I had a friend whose husband ‘worked’ for the Federal Reserve. He was a supervisor in the check-clearing department. That’s ‘working’ for the Federal Reserve.

Cain was on the BoD for the KC Fed from 1992-1996 and was chairman of the BoD for his last year there. He is on the record as opposing an audit of the Fed, which is a privately-owned bank that was given the right to issue the currency of the U.S. and collects ‘interest’ on money that is created with an accounting-entry.
