Results Herman Cain 37% Perry 15% Romney 14%
Why is it against the rules of this forum to support Perry? I may have missed it. If so then I should be banned immediately.
Well, its a small step, but a good step forward nonetheless. We gotta LONNNNNG way to go with Herman, but its a start.;-)
It's not. But like everything else in the real world, it's how and for a noob, it's when.
Keep reporting me to the mods and make my banning faster.
“Herman Cain - 996”
darn it...missed by 3
“No thnaks. He worked for The Federal Reserve which is worse than working at Goldman Sachs. The Fed - screwing old people and savers. No Cain.”
Since Cain actually worked in the Fed, he has the monetary chops to actually make the case for sound money.
“Yes I believe in the gold standard. We should have never gotten off the gold standard because when we got off the gold standard, that then allowed Congress to inflate our currency whenever they overspent. Now look at the mess that we have,” Herman Cain said, filling in for Sean Hannity on his radio show.
Yeah, but I think he picked Romney IF Romney promised to drop his jobs bill and his second choice was Newt and I am ok with a Cain/Newt ticket, but am not sure if Newt would settle. I'd even take a Cain/Santorum ticket.
I don’t play that game. You’re doing a fine job yourself, though.
>>> Yeah, but I think he picked Romney IF Romney promised to drop his jobs bill and his second choice was Newt and I am ok with a Cain/Newt ticket, but am not sure if Newt would settle.
Ahhh... not so fast... Cain said it was a “game”... a hypothetical... one defined by the questioner (pick from stage only).... and the look in Cain’s eye when he said he would “play” suggested to me it was a welcomed way of throwing people off.
>>> No thnaks. He worked for The Federal Reserve which is worse than working at Goldman Sachs. The Fed - screwing old people and savers. No Cain.
Man... it like there’s a team of you people on FR trying to undermine Cain at all costs. That’s all I’ve seen here today from multiple freepers... “No thanks he worked at the FED”
Don’t you have anything better than his time spent working at the FED (in Kansas?... OH NOOOSS!)?
you’re responding to the wrong person. I think you meant John334
Oops!... pardon me.
you are right, and I thought you were saying that crap.
It’s like an army of them today on FR trying to derail Cain because he worked as Chairman of the FED in KS.
That all they got???
Why don’t you try responding to the actual points actually being made and facts being pointed out instead of dancing around them?
I think his ‘play’ was directed at Romney because of how he asked him to drop his jobs plan. He then went on to say Newt. I like that match up. Newt can help teach him things and Cain can help keep Newt on the straight and narrow path.
Besides, someone mentioned that Palin wasn’t interested in a VP spot.
Good for you NautiNurse. You hung him by his own words. It’s apparent he doesn’t know what he’s talking about and when asked to explain the basic concepts of what he supposedly has such strong opinions on, he wasn’t able to explain them and instead asks irrelevant questions not applicable to Mr. Cain rather than answer the questions posed to him.
Must be they see Cain as a thread to their candidate. :)
>>> I like that match up. Newt can help teach him things and Cain can help keep Newt on the straight and narrow path.
I’m not sure Newt would be a good choice.
He’s smart... excellent adviser choice...
but running mate? I don’t think so.
Not sure I can forgive Newt for his turncoat activities in the past.
That’s why I thought Cain could keep him honest. I’m not sure Newt would settle for VP anyway. I sure don’t want Romney or Perry as VP, not that either of them would settle for VP either. That’s where it would get interesting, to see who would make a good VP candidate and be willing to take that spot.
