While that photo certainly reveals Obama for the true narcissistic doofus that he really is, I’d say his approval numbers will be harmed more due to the Solyndra and LightSquare scandals and stock market dropping 500 points last week.
Expect another drop when pics of he the first Mooch take thier next vacation which is coming up soon. People are fed up with her as much as him. Notice how we rarely see poll numbers on the Mooch.
