$200 million is too little. Every time the high speed backers want a vacation, the estimates go up. The State of California or confusion, wants to put a high speed rail from Fresno to Los Angeles. I have a question which contains 3 separate questions. 1) How the hell wants to go to Fresno? 2) Who the hell wants to go to Los Angeles? and 3) Will illegals get a discount to ride it to make their illegal run into California faster?
