Before he became Solyndra's chief financial officer, Wilbur G. Stover was at the center of one of the largest price-fixing scandals in U.S. history.
From 1994 to 2007, Stover was CFO of Micron Technologies Inc., a maker of computer memory chips. During that time, the Justice Department investigated Micron and four other companies for colluding to drive up the price of memory in violation of federal antitrust laws.
"This was a big deal case," said Robert Lande, a law professor at Baltimore University who has written extensively on the case. "It was price-fixing on a crucial component that everybody uses, and they got together and fixed prices in what was a blatant violation of antitrust laws."

Never thought I’d see more scandals than in the Clinton administration. I was wrong.
And now, almost as much death.
This guy steals a half billion, and then pleads the 5th, and shoots the finger at the taxpayer who got robbed. I want to see some people in jail. Where did the money go? Sue recipients for disgorgement back to the Treasury. Officers and directors of Solyndra should have their assets attached and sold for the public benefit for this ripoff, and Ogangster should be impeached for it.
Memory for computers sure is cheap nowadays.
The memory chip companys paid almost 2 billion in penaltys..

The only difference in the clinton and obama administrations is the the dead bodies haven’t started showing up Y-E-T....like suicide in Marcie Park, guys committing suicide after stabbing themselves IN THE BACK 27 times or suicide by throwing themselves out of a BASEMENT WINDOW.
There were two other openly gay men in Wright’s church: Larry Bland and Nate Spencer. In late 2007, as Obama began his ascent to be the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, in a span of 1½ months, all three men “conveniently” died:
Bland was murdered execution-style on November 17, 2007;
Young was murdered execution-style on December 24, 2007;
Spencer reportedly died of septicemia, pneumonia, and HIV on December 26, 2007. (Death certificates of Bland and Young, HERE.)
Now, Young’s elderly mother is speaking out about her suspicions that her son was murdered to protect Obama’s reputation and assure his political future as President.
