If Perry's purpose was to make Romney look good, it's "mission accomplished". You're the first and only person I've heard say that about Romney. I'm glad you thought he looked good. Sorry but you have a lot of work to do to convince me to willfully vote for Romney.

Just to be clear ... it's not my mission to convince you or anyone to vote for Romney. Quite the contrary, I am not a fan of country club conservatives. I'm steering all the votes I can to Cain, Bachmann, and Santorum --- and maybe Gingrich if he can convince me he is reborn a conservative. I will not vote Romney under any circumstance. I would only vote for Perry if he made a brilliant VP pick, as McCain did. And even then, my vote is not guaranteed for him. I believe what Bachmann said was accurate, we have a rare opportunity not to have to settle. And Perry is definitely settling.
