The FBI/DOJ will lock up the Solyndra files with an 'ongoing investigation' routine, the DOE is going to be covering its rear-end big time with their 'they lied to us about their financial situation' arguments and it seems unlikely that Obama will allow anyone from the WH who really knows anything to testify.
And does anyone really believe that Eric Holder is going to indict the CEO of Solyndra? Not a chance.
They are thinking, "Let's let a few news cycles pass so the public forgets." When something "else" comes up, and news "breaks" they won't notice. A major earthquake, a big tsunami, other event. The Left state-run media will "conveniently" be forced - oh my goodness- to swerve off the DECADES-OLD AMERICAN CRISIS of OVERT FEDERAL CORRUPTION AND GARGANTUAN ABUSE OF THE PUBLIC FINANCES - and cover the other news ... this is leadership??
