Politically, I don't think she'll do that. Timing is everything, and Perry is flaming out. To wait till the last 2 weeks of October gives Romney time to fill the void as those backing Perry run away. Going next week might be impeccable timing, as it could very well be the low point of Perry - just prior to any combination of Perry resurrection and Romney filling the void.
Hmmmm... I'm thinking this a bit more possible, although it risks before being the better timed entry. Sarah has just a 1-hour speech on the morning of the first day, the 11th. She could thus speak and run, be back on the 12th.
