First, thanks for your service. I've been in the TX Army NG for 35 + years, and am getting ready to retire at the end of the year. This repeal of DADT was the final nail for me. For the gays - who are less than 5% of the population - to force this issue is not good for moral.
They were clearly booing the DADT repeal. That was what was being flaunted by the homosexual soldier, and THAT is what was being booed.

The DADT repeal message states that “sexual orientation will continue to be a personal and private matter” so jackwagon just went against that.
