Does any know if you have a 19 year old daughter in college full time but is married, can she still stay on my health insurance until 26 even though she is married?

Yes, you can. The courts have ruled that mandates can not discriminate on account of martial status. Check with your employer and notify them of the desire to put her on your policy.

Yes, under this law a married child is eligible to remain on your plan until age 26, although his or her spouse is not.
