Reading comprehension is good. Try it. Reread what you replied to.

but it was sufficient for probable cause on the search warrant, where the real evidence lies.

Sure, every thing on the pod can be suppressed. But it was enough to get a valid warrant and what they found on his home PC is should be plenty.
