A good 80 percent of those that disapprove of his performance will probably sit out and not vote.
So at best, he’s only going to get 78 percent of the black vote as things stand right now.
If they sit out, then they are not part of the black vote. He will still get over 90%. Color comes first to too many black people.
He may still get 93% of the black vote, it will just be a lot smaller percentage of the total vote.
