If you ever want to see the value of advertizing, do a blind taste test with Ben & Jerry’s and other high end or even cheaper store brands.
B&J is like Apple computers for a lot of people. It’s a ‘lifestyle brand’ and many buy it for the name alone. Personally I prefer Thrifty’s and even WalMart’s store brand in a couple flavors. I honestly like the taste better.

Yeah. Some people are so stupid they fall for “advertizing”. Funny, that. They must be products of the public school system, as people on FR sometimes like to say.
