Exactly, how come they are not going after the LIBERAL judges who also denied his stay of execution..I dont see any of the liberal freakazoids going after them..because they would never go after their own kind, instead they will focus on Clarence Thomas because they hate him..Justice was served, RIP Mark MacPhail, the REAL victim here, gone but never forgotten!

Justice Thomas is from Georgia and he’s black. He should have driven down there and smacked the syringe right out of the executioner’s hand!
Well Souter's been retired for two years now, so it wouldn't make a lot of sense to call him out.
