I'm just sick over this revelation.
I’ve got plenty of beans and rice...that’s staple in Louisiana. My brother-in-law and I grow our own vegetables for our families, and game meat is almost always the entree de jour.
I never thought we would relive the days of Carter, But here we are.
How does this make Perry a RINO?
This is one of the best poltical ads I’ve seen in a long time. Very well done!
It depends on what the meaning of amnesty is. Obama and McCain are against amnesty.
Louisiana knows how to scrape up some good grub.
The fact that his name is not Sarah Palin makes him a RINO.
He did it with the sanctuary city bill too. But the legislature dropped the ball, twice.
I like Palin, but she sure didn’t look like she was leaning to YES on Hannity last night.
Maybe her and Perry with have a joint News conference to announce the TEAM. Palin did say “unconventional campaign”, bringing your VP along on Primaries would definately be unconventional.
Both Palin supporters and Perry supporters need to recognize we are not the enemy.
I see.
It was BAD.... Bad like a junkyard dog!!!
The dems heads are exploding. Mutt’s head is exploding. Michele is raising her hand trying to say “Me Too”, as the Stage Hook comes nearer.
Meanie! ROFL
Love the quick snippet near the end where the kid is flying his model Corsair in hand while military jets roar overhead. Got my heart pumping and I’m lukewarm on Perry at best.
“What most people do not understand about the Texas Governor is the limited power of the man or woman sitting in the office. He or she can veto legislation, make appointments to various commissions, and thats about it.”
Bull. Ask Texas Democrats if that’s all Rick Perry has accomplished in office as governor. It’s all in what you DO with them thar’ powers you mentioned as above and in whom you empower. This isn’t all dumb LUCK, you know.
“What most people do not understand about the Texas Governor is the limited power.... The real power is held by the Lt. Governor who controls the legislative agenda.”
Popular myth. Power of Lt. Gov is greatly exaggerated. Veto power is not a big deal? Power to appoint not significant? And only the Governor has power to call special sessions (as many as necessary). Speaker of The House in Texas also has as much to do with legislative agenda as LG. Its a moot point anyway if the Gov. and L.G. are on the same page.
I like that part too.
Just wondering: is it possible to be anti-Perry and not be a nitwit, or is such a person a nitwit by definition?
It is bizarre that the Anti Perry folks arent here in force.
Perhaps this is actually an effective ad? and Perry is focused on the target?
Naw... /s
