I am 100. % for the death penalty.....I also researched this case to certain degree and I think the SCOTUS will stay this execution.....there are elements of this case that trouble me....I would rather err and wait than see a man put to death
Agree. The levels of courts are in a place for a reason, let our Constitution do its job.
It's been over twenty years. People in this country given the death penalty used to be executed within months of their sentence. How much longer do you think is needed?
What do you find troubling? The man shot to death an off-duty police officer right in front of numerous witnesses, all of whom testified under oath that Davis was the killer.
