What kept Perry from pushing back against “Dream” for born children brought across the border by illegales, remaining illegales themselves? So somehow the TX Senate garnered a unanimous vote — what was it in the TX House, was it veto proof too? I ask questions which you refuse to answer.

The TX act was not like the federal dream act. TX was ONLY for tuition. No family members could come over the border. The students had to be here for 3 years and apply for citizenship. It did NOT apply to family. Just the specific student. Yes, both houses had a veto proof majority.
